Prayer Requests:
1. Let’s pray Psalms 55
2. Brandon Williams
3. 16 month old Sarah – cancer
4. Amy - breast cancer
5. Becky Ross- Our dear Sister had a serious heart attack. She needs your prayers but not visits. We will keep you posted. She is a patient at Good Samaritan Hospital right now. I’m sure she would love to receive cards from her Church family.
Old Cell Phones: We can use your old cell phones to raise funds for Word Wor-
ship Center. Turn them in to Robin. Thank you.
Pictures: I only had 1 person respond to me about the pictures. If no one else ex-
presses an interest, I’ll forget the idea. So if it is something you want, you need to
express your interest.
Yard Sale: It’s time to be thinking about our annual yard sale. If you are spring
cleaning, save your discarded items for our sale in August. If you are thinning out
your possessions, consider donating them to our sale. We don’t want you to bring
stuff in just yet, but if you could keep it for just a little while we’ll be collecting soon.
CONGRATULATIONS GRADUATE! Jessie Jago we are proud of you!!! Praying
God’s best for your future!
Help Wanted: Word Worship Center is in need of a Toddler Junior church teacher.
This involves teaching every other month. We also need an assistant – this can be
a teen. The pay isn’t great but the benefits are out of this world! Call 829-2601 to
apply.
Lake Park Fellowship: Immediately following this morning’s service, we will have
our Annual Fellowship at the first pavillion up next to the lake. We want YOU to
come. This is a wonderful time of family togetherness; a time to break bread to-
gether, talk to one another, and play together. If it is raining we will stay here and
make use of our wonderful facility.
For Your Use: We have a media display unit across from the drinking fountain in
the next room. The tracts and magazines are there for you. Take anything you
would like-either to read for yourself or to share with someone. (Teachers, there are
Children’s Ministry magazines there right now for you) We have tracts on the way to
add and this is where you will find your Daily Bread Devotionals.
Just wondering: Is there anyone who would be interested in helping with catering
lunch at MFM Building Products? See Robin.
TV Stand? Does anyone have a stand that would hold a TV and VCR that you
could donate? Or for sale? See Robin
FYI: The Bible Reading Chart is located on the wall by the Walnut Street door. You
have to move the coat rack to mark your Books.
He is happiest, be he king or peasant, who finds peace in his home.
