Lake Park Fellowship: Next Sunday, on Father’s Day, right after morning service. Bring a covered dish of some sort and come fellowship. There will be a game of Wiffle Ball: kids vs. dads. If someone could bring a volleyball that would be great.
VBS Meeting: Monday, June 11, 6:30pm. Anyone who wants to help out this year please come. If you want to help but can’t attend the meeting, please let Robin know.
Guitar Lessons: June 13 at 5:30pm.

Auction: Word Worship Center will have the food stand at Patt Eckelberry’s auction this Friday. Please see Sis. Becky Treat if you can donate something. The proceeds will go towards the purchase of a projector & PowerPoint program.
Sunday Evening Services are cancelled until further notice. There will be a women’s Bible Study starting June 24 at 6pm.
Secret Sister’s Revealing Party: Thursday, June 28, 6:30pm, at the church. Bring a final gift for your Secret sister and finger foods. Talk to Sis. Juanita Welch for more information.

Heavenly Father, we come before you today to ask your forgiveness and to seek your direction and guidance. We know Your Word says, 'Woe to those who call evil good,’ but that is exactly what we have done. We have lost our spiritual equilibrium and reversed our values. We have exploited the poor and called it the lottery. We have rewarded laziness and called it welfare. We have killed our unborn and called it choice. We have shot abortionists and called it justifiable. We have neglected to discipline our children and called it building self esteem. We have abused power and called it politics. We have coveted our neighbor's possessions and called it ambition. We have polluted the air with profanity and pornography and called it freedom of expression. We have ridiculed the time-honored values of our forefathers and called it enlightenment. Search us, Oh, God, and know our hearts today; cleanse us from every sin and set us free. I pray this in the name of Christ. Amen!
